Human Resources & Payroll

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

SIMRP is designed to operate alongside an organization’s existing employee benefit programs.

The program is not intended to replace existing medical insurance coverage, alter current benefit offerings, or interfere with existing broker relationships.

Organizations maintain their current insurance programs, broker relationships, and benefit structures while adding an additional employer-sponsored benefit designed to create value for both employers and employees.

In addition to improving employee take-home pay and reducing employer payroll-related costs, SIMRP may provide employees and their families with access to valuable health, wellness, healthcare navigation, mental health, prescription, and support resources through programs such as Amaze Health, Encompassing Health, and Rx Valet.

For additional information regarding these employee resources and services, please see the Employee Benefits section.

ADMINISTRATION

Most employers find that implementation requires only a few hours of HR and Payroll involvement spread across the implementation process.

After implementation, ongoing administration is generally limited to routine employee status changes such as:

  • New hires
  • Employee terminations
  • Standard payroll updates

In many organizations, the ongoing administrative requirement is measured in minutes rather than hours during a payroll cycle.

Hear how one CFO evaluated the census review process, addressed internal concerns, and discovered that implementation was more organized and less disruptive than expected.

PAYROLL INTEGRATION

SIMRP is designed to integrate with many of the payroll systems employers already use, including providers such as ADP, Paychex, UKG, Paylocity, Paycom, Gusto, and numerous regional payroll platforms.

The objective is not to replace an organization’s payroll provider.

The objective is to work within existing payroll processes whenever possible while maintaining consistency, accuracy, and administrative efficiency.
